Australian implementation guide

Corrections policy

Report a suspected error with the URL, disputed statement and supporting official source. We prioritise commencement, statutory wording, scope, regulation status and enforcement posture. After verification, we correct the page and dependent dataset, preserve the underlying source record and publish a material change note rather than silently replacing a conclusion.

Submit a correction

Email info@unfairtrading.com with the exact page and passage, why it appears wrong and an original official source where possible. Do not include confidential customer, contract or personal data.

Resolution

The editorial team checks the source, effective date and dependent claims. A correction is applied across HTML and datasets, with a note explaining what materially changed.
